Booking Conditions :

Kindly read carefully the following booking conditions of our Morocco DMC;

All reservation and later on, modification of reservation, or cancellation, should always been made in writing, then followed by a deposit for definite confirmation of all arrangements provided by EXCEL TRAVEL & TOURISM . Excel Travel Et Tourism reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who is unfit, ill prepared or in any way a detriment to group safety. The participation of any person on any program is continually subject to the discretion of the instructor(s) and/or guides(s). Excel Travel Et Tourism accepts no responsibility for the actions of persons and/or companies supplying goods and/or services as part of packages or for any extra costs that may arise from the complication or prolongation program for any reason. Any medical or health related problems or conditions that may affect your participation in any course or program must be cleared by your physician before taking the tour.

Booking Procedure:

Please contact our Morocco DMC office before sending confirmation forms. Upon booking, the appropriate payment or deposit is required plus the following informations :

- Name and mailing Address, telephone.

- The Tour/ itinerary and dates you wish to book.

- The rooming list with Full passport Details of the clients or persons participating in the proposed tour.

Payment

The given Prices are in Euros. They do not include travel insurance. All prices are subject to change before tour beginning. If you wish to have a printed receipt, please specifically request one.

The booking is not confirmed until the payment is received

Cancellation and Refunds:

The management of our Morocco DMC reserves the right to alter or withdraw in part or cancel the facilities provided under any given package without prior notice. All packages are extendable on pro-rate basis as quoted at the time of Reservation only and or subject to availability. Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to sudden increase of government taxes and fuel cost.

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to low enrollment or severe weather conditions, (NOTE: Excel Travel Et Tourism reserves the right to change, alter or cancel any itinerary or service one week after booking due to weather, conditions or other reasons without penalty to Excel Travel Et Tourism).

Should Excel Travel cancel a program, payment maybe refunded.

No refund for short stay and un-availed facilities.

Your Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Should you cancel your booking for any reason the following penalties apply, The following charges apply to all confirmed reservations to the Company:

If cancellation occurs 45 days or more before program start, full refund to you with miner deduction for any textbook or materials fees

If cancellation occurs between 21 and 44 days prior program start 40% cancellation fees  will be deducted.

If cancellation occurs between 20 and 14 days prior program start 60% cancellation fees  will be deducted.

If cancellation occurs between 14 and 07 days prior program start 80% cancellation fees  will be deducted.

If cancellation occurs 06 days prior program start 100% cancellation fees  will be deducted.

Non-refundable deposits are not part of the cancellation policy and must be advised in writing and proof of acknowledgment by us should be retained.
